We are pleased to present to you the seventh beat tape from one of the finest producers in the land - aLIVE. This one is a tribute - to his grandfather- Olgetree Davidson, a man who spent his life building, making a life for himself and his family with his hands. Bricklayer, rhetorical genius, and a man who understands the phrase "Due Diligence".

The funny thing about tributes is that sometimes, very rarely - there is an intersecting moment, a place where the feeling becomes just a bit meta. We love when that happens, so this is also a tribute to J Dilla, who shared a birthday with Olgetree Davidson - and yes Dilla understood building- from bricks to beats, we present
